Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) that is plaguing the world today surely carves a dark, unforgettable history. It has been declared global pandemic by World Health Organization (WHO). This shows it spread worldwide, transcending every border, and then finally penetrating corner of world. Despite its small size (measured in nanometer), influence great enough triggering stress. As various countries declare state Emergency, restricted movement order lockdown, varying reactions like sorrow, anxiety, misperception fear have ignited society. All these cumulatively caused stress among them. current review paper summarizes discusses published literature addressing mental health concerns linked to COVID-19 pandemic. Studies show excessive causes failure individual’s physical systems. The issue here how situation at workplace, post-COVID-19 different from previous situation. Thus, psychological preparation member organization crucial face challenges coming their way. available showed consensus not only affects health, but also well-being.
